Using Snippets through the Share Sheet

Sharing Snippet Content in Mail / Twitter / Email

Using the share screen, copy or send the content of a note or snippet to:

• Mail – Create a new email from your Note or snippet. If you would like the first line of a note in the subject line of the email go to Settings (iPhone/iPod) Settings > General (iPad) and switch on First Line Subject.
• Messages – Create a new text message.
• Twitter – Create a new tweet.

Sending a Note

1. Compose a note in the Notes screen.
2. Tap Action .
3. Tap Copy or the app you would like to use.

Alternately, use a three-finger tap to open the share screen.

If you only want to copy the note, a two-finger swipe left will copy the note.

Sharing a Snippet’s Content (iPhone/iPod touch)

1. From the Snippet Groups screen, tap one of your Snippet Groups.
2. Tap Action , inline with the snippet you wish to send.
3. Tap Copy or the app you would like to use.

Alternately, use a three-finger tap to open the share screen.

If you only want to copy the snippet, a two-finger swipe left will copy the note.

Sharing a Snippet’s Content (iPad)

1. From the Snippet Groups screen, tap on one of your Groups.
2. Tap a snippet.
3. Tap Action
4. Tap Copy or the app you would like to use.

Alternately, use a three-finger tap to open the share screen.

If you only want to copy the snippet, a two-finger swipe left will copy the note.
