How Do I Pay For TextExpander For My Team?
Whether you are starting fresh with TextExpander, upgrading from an earlier version, or have a Individual account and want to switch to a Team account, follow the directions for setting up a TextExpander Organization for your team.
If you are upgrading from a previous version, you do need to create a TextExpander.com account first.
Set Up Billing
Once you’ve created the Organization, open the Organization’s settings to the billing tab.
- Sign in to your TextExpander.com account.
- Choose the name of your TextExpander Organization on the left side of the screen then select Billing.
- Choose Set Up Subscription.
From there, follow the screens to set up a payment plan, choosing monthly or annually payments, and a payment method, such as a credit card.
Billing works on credits, you will pre-purchase one credit per user per month.
If you have a Individual account, this is all separate from your individual account payments. As a part of the Organization, you, and all the other organization members, are now paid for by the organization.
