Organization Account and Settings
Your TextExpander Organization account helps you manage all aspects of TextExpander for your users.
If you are just getting started, get full steps to setting up a TextExpander Organization account. If you have a Trial account and need to set up payments, head over to How to Pay for TextExpander.
How to access Organization Settings
- Sign in to your account on TextExpander.com.
- In the left sidebar, you’ll see the name of your TextExpander Organization listed.
Each tab gives you access to part of your Organization.
- Manage Organization Members
- Manage Organization Snippet Groups
- Create and Manage Teams
- View Team Statistics
- Manage Billing
- Update Account Settings
Organization Settings tab
In the Organization Settings tab you’ll find:
- Name your organization
- You can update the name of your TextExpander Organization. We recommend something such as your Company name and Department name together. For example: “Acme Inc. – West Coast Support Team.”
- Turn on Organization Domain
- One way to help you add lots of Memebers quickly.
