How to troubleshoot missing snippets

• If you cannot see or cannot access your Snippets in your app, sign out then sign back in.

• Double check that your snippets are still on your account is to sign into the web app here.

• Ensure that your Snippets are not hidden in a group. To expand a group, select it to reveal its contents.

• If you’re a TextExpander Organization admin or a member with “Can Edit” or “Can Manage” permissions on an organization Snippet Group, you may be able to restore deleted organization Snippets using Snippet Activity:
  • Open the TextExpander web app and select “Snippet Activity” from the left sidebar.
  • Find the missing Snippet in the activity list. You can filter the list by clicking on the “Filter” button and filtering by Person, Activity, Snippet Group, Label, or Team.
  • Once you find the Snippet, click on the activity line item and click the “Restore” button to restore the Snippet back to your organization’s Snippet library.
