TextExpander Missing from the System Tray on Windows

If you find that your TextExpander application on your Windows computer is no longer showing in your System Tray and is missing from your Startup Items, the following should help:

1. Remove TextExpander from shell:startup and shell:common startup folders (these can be accessed via WinKey+R)
2. Open TextExpander
3. Sign out of TextExpander
4. Wait 60 seconds
5. Sign back into TextExpander
6. Wait 60 seconds and then restart Windows
7. Verify TextExpander is in the System Tray
