Date Picker Fill-in not working? Update your app to fix it.

The new Date Picker Fill-in requires TextExpander version 8.4 or later to work properly. If you’re running an older version, you’ll likely see one of these issues:

• The Date Picker doesn’t appear in the client app Snippet editor
• The Date Picker is missing when you expand a Snippet containing the Date Picker Fill-in
• The Date Picker works for me but doesn’t work for others you’ve shared it with
• “Snippet Upload Problem” error when editing or duplicating Snippets with the Date Picker Fill-in

How to fix it

Update your TextExpander Mac or Windows app to version 8.4 or later. Once updated, Date Picker Fill-ins will work seamlessly across all your devices. If Date Picker works for you but not others you’ve shared Snippets with, have them update their app.

If you’re part of an organization account and are not able to update the app yourself, contact your IT administrator as they should be able to help.
