Why Am I Trialing Enterprise if I Picked Free, Pro, or Business?

When you start a TextExpander trial, you get full access to the Enterprise plan, free for 30 days, no matter which plan you selected at sign up. The trial gives you the complete TextExpander experience, so you can try advanced features before deciding what you need long term.

Did I choose the wrong plan?

No. Whether you selected Free, Pro, or Business, the trial lets you explore more than what those plans include, and it doesn’t lock you into Enterprise when your trial ends. You can select any paid plan to purchase at any time during or after your trial.

Will I be charged for Enterprise?

No. You are not charged for Enterprise during your free trial. If you decide to start a paid subscription, you’ll select the plan you want to purchase before checkout.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your trial ends, you can do one of two things:

• You start a paid subscription: You can select the plan that works best for you, Pro, Business, or Enterprise.
• You don’t start a paid subscription: Your account automatically moves to the Free plan.

What happens to Enterprise features I used during the trial?

If you used features that aren’t included in the plan you choose, those features stop working after the trial.

For example, if you move to Free, Snippets that use paid-only features, such as date math, time math, nested Snippets, JavaScript, AppleScript, shell scripts, or conditional Fill-ins won’t expand. You’d need to remove those features or upgrade.

If you choose Pro or Business, you keep the features included in that plan.
