What we’re looking for:

TextExpander is seeking a Senior Organic & Content Marketing Manager to expand our brand presence and grow our business through creative content marketing efforts. This team member will create impactful brand and content campaigns that elevate our visibility, foster affinity in key customer industries, and drive meaningful growth from new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on creating compelling, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives organic growth.

    • Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to identify key industry trends, topics, and customer pain points, informing content planning and optimization efforts.

  • SEO Optimization
    • Lead SEO optimization efforts, including keyword research and on-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility for brand and content campaigns.

    • Collaborate with the web team to implement best practices and strategies for maximizing organic search performance and driving qualified traffic to our digital properties.

  • Content Creation & GTM Campaign Management
    • Execute on the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and creation to distribution and promotion, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.

    • Ideate and execute on Go-To-Market campaigns, ensuring your content and messaging are not only leveraged in organic channels, but also, across a comprehensive set of distribution channels including organic, paid media, email, community etc. to create cohesive GTM campaigns & brand awareness.

    • Manage the development of various content assets, including articles, blog posts, videos, guides, web experiences and other formats, leveraging a variety of channels and platforms to amplify brand reach and establish TextExpander as a thought leader.

  • Customer Champion Engagement
    • Cultivate relationships with customer champions and industry influencers, leveraging their insights and feedback to inform content strategy development and create content that addresses their needs and preferences.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitor content performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using analytics tools to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize content effectiveness, refine messaging, and enhance user experience to drive organic growth and brand visibility.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, with a focus on organic growth strategies, content marketing, and brand building.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

  • Proficiency in using analytical tools to track and measure content performance metrics such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Proficiency with website tools such as Content Management Systems eg: Wordpress & Hubspot

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and affinity.

  • Demonstrated expertise in content strategy development, including audience segmentation, content planning, and campaign optimization.

  • Comfortable working with remote teams

  • Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, CRM, video communication tools

  • Quick learner and eager to use new tools

  • Creative problem solver with close attention to detail

  • High-speed, reliable Internet connection

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or other related field of study

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, with a focus on organic growth strategies, content marketing, and brand building.

  • Salary: $100k-$130k depending on experience and location
