You must opt-in to receive automated messages by providing your express consent to us. TextExpander and/or our service provider(s) will send automated messages to the mobile telephone number you provide to us when you sign up for automated messages or to another number(s) that you designate. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving any goods or services from TextExpander. Provider message and data rates may apply.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated messages from TextExpander and/or our service provider(s) that may include meeting reminders, responses to your inquiries, and promotional follow-ups such as product updates or suggestions intended to enhance your experience with TextExpander products.

By affirmatively opting in to receive automated messages, you consent to receive TextExpander’s automated messages regardless of any state or federal time of day restrictions and/or the presence of your telephone number on any state or federal Do Not Call registry, though TextExpander and our service providers will endeavor to send automated messages during standard business hours.

Automated message frequency may vary. TextExpander reserves the right to alter the frequency of automated messages at any time and to change the short code or phone number from which automated messages are sent. TextExpander, our service provider(s), and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

TextExpander may collect information about you, including information you provide to us such as your phone number, your messaging history with us, and any information you may include in messages to us. By signing up to receive automated messages from us, you also agree to the TextExpander Privacy Policy and TextExpander’s Terms of Service.
