Is the TextExpander App Available via the Volume Purchase Program (VPP) on the Mac App Store?

TextExpander for Mac is not available on the Mac App Store or from the Mac App Store’s Volume Purchase Program (VPP). Apple only allows apps compliant with their sandboxing rules into the App Store, and TextExpander cannot be sandboxed.
